Eatontown Man Indicted for Allegedly Selling Pot to Undercover Cop

An man was indicted for allegedly trying to sell marijuana to an undercover detective from the Monmouth County Prosecutor's office.

Oscar H. Orjuela, 31, of 38 Ginger Court in Eatontown, was arrested on Jan. 16 and charged with possession and distribution of a controlled dangerous substance in Ocean Township.

The two-count indictment for both fourth-degree crimes was handed down on Wednesday.

Regardless of the charges, every defendant is presumed innocent, unless and until found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, following a trial at which the defendant has all of the trial rights guaranteed by the United States Constitution and state law.
