The Eatontown Fire Department has a new addition to its fleet of vehicles.
The department, at 47 Broad Street, is the now the home of an $834,000 quint-type fire truck.
The Eatontown Council approved a bid resolution award earlier this year for the truck which is a combination pump and ladder truck.
The truck replaces two older engines that were traded in to help offset the cost of the new one.
The truck will be the first to arrive for fire calls in the borough.
