Gramiccioni said the two were followers of the band Further and had tickets for the band's concert at PNC Arts Center and other local performances.

“We will not tolerate illegal drug sales in this county, and we certainly are not going to tolerate traveling drug dealers who want to follow a band – that type of traveling sideshow is not welcome in Monmouth County,” Gramiccioni said in a release.

Sacks was charged with marijuana possession, hashish possession, methamphetamine possession, LSD possession, multiple counts of possession with intent to distribute, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sacks is being held at Monmouth County Correctional Institution on $320,000 bail with no ten percent option.

Lewis was charged with possession of LSD, possession of marijuana, and possession of Hashish and was released on a summons.
