Asbury Park Resident Indicted for Long Branch Burglary

Man also charged with theft of movable property

An Asbury Park man has been indicted by the Monmouth County Prosecutors Office for burglarizing a Long Branch home and stealing over $1,000 in "food items."

Timothy Johnson, Jr., 27, 0f Washington Avenue in Asbury Park was charged on June 22 with burglarizing the home and was also charged with theft of movable property for stealing the food items. 

Johnson allegedly burglarized a commercial building which was closed at the time of offense on April 15, 2011.
