Mother and baby are healthy

Another healthy newborn baby girl was delivered on the Garden State Parkway in Tinton Falls late Sunday night.

This is the second time a baby was born on the Garden State Parkway this year, and it occurred within a mile of the last time it occurred in February.

Sunday night's birth occurred around 10:40 p.m. near Exit 105. According to the New Jersey State Police, the mother had already given birth by time they arrived on scene.
