24-Year-Old Dead in Early-Morning Tinton Falls Parkway Crash
Driver was a Toms River resident
A 24-year-old Toms River man was killed in a single car crash on the Garden State Parkway in Tinton Falls early Tuesday morning.
New Jersey State Police Sgt. Adam Grossman said Nicolai Ruiz was found dead on the scene at mile marker 105.2 after he was ejected from his car.
Grossman said Ruiz's 2007 Dodge Ram pickup truck hit a guardrail, overturned multiple times and struck a tree in the express northbound lane at about 12:22 a.m.

Grossman said the cause of the accident is still under investigation.
