Old Orchard Country Club
Why would our zoning board turn down potential yearly revenue of 2 1/2 million dollars? If their zoning request had been approved our community would have had great benefit from this new development. Now the owners of the country club are supposedly considering affordable/low income housing which would place huge demands on our already struggling school system. We are going to really regret turning them down for 55 and older housing when we might get the opposite!!
