Marfitt offered this advice to fellow students, “Don't be afraid to dive right into an opportunity. You may be nervous or unsure of meeting expectations, but push yourself to learn and reach those goals. It's the only way to realize what you are truly capable of achieving.”

Marfitt will graduate in May 2014 and begin her employment with JP Morgan Chase at their New York office in July.
