Humor: A Powerful Tool for Wellness

Who said having fun isn’t healing?  Well it is!  Let’s laugh ourselves well.  It’s a scientific fact that humor is good for the immune system by releasing good chemicals in our body and decreasing bad ones.  Join Barbara Restuccio, RN, HNBC, HTPA, Program Instructor, Monmouth Medical Center, to learn more about this powerful and fun way to be well.  Laughter is good medicine!  This program will take place at Thompson Park Visitor’s Center, located on Newman Springs Road in Lincroft.  To register call 732-842-4000, ext. 1. $20 per person.
