For just $20, join us to learn how a regular practice of yoga poses (asana), meditation & breathing techniques can help manage stress & improve your health. Basic poses will be taught with a focus on proper alignment using blocks, straps and blankets as needed. Mats will be provided.
This workshop is designed for beginners, but is also open to the experienced practitioner looking to review the basics of their yoga practice.
