Long Branch Free Public Library Launches New Website

More user-friendly for laptops, smartphones and tablets

The Long Branch Free Public Library's redesigned website has launched.

The website, http://www.longbranchlib.org, was redesigned by Assistant Library Director Tonya Badillo.

It took Badillo six months to create the streamline the overall look of the site, which she says will make it more user-friendly for people using tablets, smartphones and laptops to access it.

"It will now sync with social media and apps resulting in a modern, up to date online presence for the library," Long Branch Free Public Library Outreach Coordinator Kate Angelo. "We have also secured a new and easy to remember domain name for our patrons."

The website features an online catalog, a list of upcoming events and virtual apps and dowloads.
