"Patrols consist of Transmission Forestry Supervision personnel that accompany the pilot in order to identify effectiveness of prior year's herbicide application and identification of any conditions warranting further inspection from the ground and/or corrective action," the web site states.

The inspection will be conducted with a black, Hughes MD500 helicopter with a registration tail number of N8688F. The helicopter will be in communication with local airports and will be flying low at a speed of 35-40 mph above or along side the lines and may circle around for a closer inspection.
