What to know to be in the know this week.

Monday, Oct. 31: Halloween Parades

, Tinton Falls: According to the school's Web site:Students will assemble outside the large bus loop/playground area near the back of the school to parade the grounds in costume. Parents and guests may view the parade along- side the soccer complex. Please note ONLY class parents will participate in the classroom par- ties.

  •    Children should have costumes which can be put on in the classroom without extensive help from an adult and which do not require leaving the room. No child should wear a costume to school. No extra props (swords, sticks, etc.) will be permitted.
  •   Children will go home on the bus as usual. Please do not request special permission to take your child home immediately after the parade since the school day will not be over.
  •     Parents should not be wearing masks or face paint for security/safety issues.

Tuesday, Nov. 1: Fourth Quarter Taxes Due

In both Eatontown and Tinton Falls, tax and sewer bills are due Tuesday.

Wednesday, Nov. 2: Atria Tinton Falls Fall Extravaganza

Come out to Atria Tinton Falls For our Fall Extravaganza!  Enjoy wine, hors d'oeuvres, and lots of shopping!  Vendors include Lia Sophia, Pampered Chef, Miche Bags, Sudio Balu Designs, Scentsy Candles, Tastegfully Simple, and Home Celebrity.   You can also relax with a " Dollar a Minute Massage" and end your night with sweet treats and at our coffee bar.    Wednesday No.v 2 from 5p.m. to 7 p.m.

Saturday, Nov. 5: Tinton Falls Vehicle Auction

Over at the impound lots behind there are about 40 vehicles that have been abandoned by their owners and are about to be auctioned off in an online sale that starts at 9 a.m. on Nov. 5.

The auction runs from 9 a.m. Nov. 5 through 7 p.m. Nov. 9 at U.S. GovBid.
