Sessions at CVR Expands to Toms River
Musicians on a Mission announces winter lineups.
Eatontown, NJ December 17th, 2013 – Musicians on a Mission is expanding their support of Sessions at CVR to include the Center for Vocational Rehabilitation's (CVR) Toms River facility. Musicans on a Mission began supporting Sessions at CVR this past fall and, thus far, more than a dozen musical acts have performed at CVR's headquarters in Eatontown. Sessions at CVR are lunch hour performances for the special needs participants at CVR. Musicians on a Mission is assisting CVR as part of their efforts to raise awareness and create connections through the power of music. CVR launched Sessions at CVR as a way to increase socialization opportunities for their special needs participants.
“Sessions at CVR has been a tremendous success," said Travis Johnson, Marketing and Activities Coordinator at CVR. "Our participants look forward to the shows and each week is a unique and positive experience driven by the wonderful artists from Musicians on a Mission. The concerts have been everything that we could have ever hoped for. We cannot thank Musicans on a Mission enough for their continued support, and now expansion of the program."
