KellyKares Launches Ipads for CVR's Autism Academy

KellyKares is launching its Ipads for CVR's Autism Academy campaign to raise money in order to provide IPads, as assistive technology devices, for the students at the recently opened autism academy at CVR. CVR's Autism Academy serves those within the autism spectrum and developmentally disabled individuals with cognitive impairments. In addition to being recognized as an invaluable learning tool, IPads can be effective in improving communication and socialization as well

“KellyKares is one hundred percent committed to supporting ALL individuals with learning disabilities,” said Kelly John Booth, KellyKares Founder. “The Ipads for CVR's Autism Academy campaign is right at the core of our mission. Not only are we helping to break the barrier of communication, but the Ipads can provide a wealth of opportunity for exploration, increased interaction and learning.”

In order to raise funds for the Ipads for CVR's Autism Academy campaign, KellyKares is soliciting donations from community groups, local businesses and individuals. Donations can be made online by clicking here.

“Individuals with Autism and developmental disabilities should be afforded every opportunity we can give them for a better quality of life,” said Travis Johnson, Marketing and Activities Coordinator at CVR. “With this campaign, KellyKares will be making a difference in the lives of people with special needs. The whole CVR family is grateful for their support.”
