UPS Honors 50 Accident-Free New Jersey Drivers

Two Tinton Falls-based drivers joins elite driving group.

Two Tinton Falls-based UPS workers are among the 50 United Parcel Service drivers from New Jersey being honored for 25 years or more of accident-free driving, according to a HearaldOnline.com report.

Daniel Gonnella, of Jackson, and John Nolan, of Keansburg, are UPS drivers at the company’s Tinton Falls location, and were recognized as one of New Jersey’s 190 Circle of Honor members.

The 50 New Jersey employees are among 1,283 elite drivers worldwide who were recently inducted into the Circle of Honor, an honorary organization for UPS drivers who have achieved 25 or more years of accident-free driving, the report said. Globally, 6,486 active UPS drivers are members of the Circle of Honor.

“My thanks go to all of them for their dedication and focus, and for the countless lives they’ve saved,” said UPS New Jersey District President Mark Kemper.
