The commitment to our customers will remain a top priority throughout the going-out-of-business sale," said Mike Edwards, President of Borders Group, in a release.

The sale begins July 22 at all of Borders remaining 499 stores, according to the release from the groups overseeing the liquidation of all fixtures and merchandise.

Over $700 million of inventory, including books, puzzles/games, activity sets, stationery, magazines, music and movie media, calendars, posters, and more will be liquidated, as well as store fixtures, furnishings and equipment, according to the release.

Borders in Eatontown is located at 135 Route 35 North in the Monmouth Plaza and is open Monday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Sunday 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
