AASKI deals with a lot of government and Army contracts, and Guadagno said it is impressive that they have continued to grow after Fort Monmouth closed last summer.

"They have changed their plan and adapted and are even adding employees," Guadagno said.

She said she also told the business owners about incentives they can get to help them continue to build their company.

"It's Trenton coming to you," Guadagno said. "We want to help them grow as long as they stay in the area."

Eatontown Mayor Gerald Tarantolo was also in attendance and told the business owners that the Fort Monmouth property is another area they should explore if they wish to expand.
