Eatontown Wawa Application On Tonight's Zoning Board Agenda

Proposal on table to build convenience store to Route 35

Wawa's application to build a new convenience store on Route 35 in Eatontown will be heard by the borough zoning board tonight at 7:30 p.m.

The application was originally scheduled to be heard by the Eatontown Planning Board last month, but was moved to zoning board's agenda last week.

Eatontown Mayor Gerald Tarantolo has said developer's application includes a plan to build a Wawa convenience store and a strip mall that includes a bank and Chick-fil-A at the site of the vacant Circle Trailer Park near the corner of Route 35 and Wycoff Road.
