Relay For Life Tinton Falls/Eatontown Kickoff Celebration Set for This Week

Event set for Wednesday, Feb. 13 at Monmouth Regional

The annual Relay For Life Tinton Falls/Eatontown will begin this week with a kickoff celebration at Monmouth Regional High School on Wednesday, Feb. 13.

The event will be held at the Monmouth Regional High School Commons at 7 p.m.

Residents who are looking to participate in the event or have already signed up can show up for the celebration event to learn more about Relay For Life.

Relay For Life is an organized, overnight community fundraising event which raises money for the American Cancer Society.

Teams will camp out around the track at Monmouth Regional on Friday May 10 at 3 p.m. and will then take turns walking around the track. Food, games and other activities will be available for all participants.

Five teams and 11 particpants have already signed up for this year's event and $495 has been raised.
