NFL Star Receiver Leads Ronald McDonald House Walkers

New York Jets wide receiver Braylon Edwards participates in Walk With Ronald event

The Ronald McDonald House had a special guest at its Walk With Ronald event at Six Flags Great Adventure on May 22.

New York Jets wide receiver Braylon Edwards was on hand to lead the walkers in the 11th annual fundraiser for the Ronald McDonald House of Long Branch, Camden and New Brunswick.

“Last year during the holidays, I met families and the staff at the Long Branch house and I was very moved by the enthusiasm of the families staying at the Ronald McDonald House," Edwards said. "I spoke to parents whose children are receiving medical attention at Monmouth Medical Center and learned that the House is a 'home away from home' for these families."
