A plan to build homes and retail space at Old Orchard Country Club in Eatontown is still being reviewed.
The Eatontown Planning Board is still listening to testimony from the developer who must first have the property rezoned.
The board is expected to make a decision soon on whether or not the zoning should be changed and the Eatontown Council would also have to approve the change before a site plan is presented.
