After months of delays, a plan to build a Wawa, gas station and other stores will be presented to the Eatontown Planning Board this month.
The plan is likely to be heard during the board's Oct. 14 meeting.
The developer's application includes building a strip mall that includes a bank and and drive-thru Chick-fil-a at the site of the vacant Circle Trailer Park and Lube It All at the corner of Route 35 and and Wycoff Road. The Lube It All has moved down the street, next to Wendy's.
