Eatontown's Lewis Street Closed Until Friday

The Eatontown Police Department has announced that Lewis Street will be closed until Friday, April 5.

The road closed on Monday so crews could begin roadwork and paving.

Residents of Lewis Street are being asked to park overnight on adjacent streets but to be within 100 feet of the intersection of Lewis Street, with the exception of Pinebrook Road and Maxwell Road.

Lewis Street residents can also utilize the municipal parking lots at Wampum Lake Park and the west parking lot if desired, in addition to the parking areas of Wolcott Park.

Residents should utilize access through South Street, as there will be no vehicular access to Lewis Street from Route 35, Pinebrook Road, Maxwell Road, Tinton Avenue, High Street and Maple Avenue.
