Developer Looking To Build More Condos in Beachfront North Area
The condos would be located between the Promenade Beach Club and Marine Terrace in Long Branch.

A developer, TDB, is looking to build condos in a vacant lot between Marine Terrace and Promenade Beach Club on the Long Branch oceanfront.
Promenade Beach Club has requested the Long Branch Zoning Board of Adjustment to do an interpretation of the zone to determine whether it is zoned commercial or residential. The board is expected to make the interpretation at its Aug. 12 meeting.
The vacant lot lies within the city's Beachfront North redevelopment zone, so any new projects built there must first be approved the Long Branch Council and the planning board or zoning board.
TDB has not yet submitted a formal plan for the condominiums, but could soon after the zoning board makes it determination on the zoning of the lot.
