Another Winning Lottery Ticket Sold in Tinton Falls

Tinton Falls seems to be the lucky place to buy New Jersey Lottery tickets this year.

Two months after a $95 million ticket was sold in the borough, a $10,000 ticket was sold last week.

The ticket was sold at the A&P at 990 Shrewsbury Ave. on Tuesday July 16, according to a release from the New Jersey Lottery.

“Congratulations to these fortunate lottery players who purchased the winning tickets and to the retailers who sold them,” said the Lottery's Executive Director Carole Hedinger in the release. “ For selling the winning tickets these retailers have become five more of the Lottery's ‘lucky locations' overnight.”
