"As we rebuild from Hurricane Sandy, we want to bring love and light to the community in a tranquil environment to help heal and achieve optimal wellness.  Yoga is therapy for the mind and physical fitness for the body,” adds Horan Sockol, who along with Matthews, will be available to answer questions during the open house celebration.

The studio will be open seven days a week and offer over 28 classes for students of all ages.  The studio will specialize in Vinyasa Flow, a form of yoga that links body movement with breathing, otherwise known as “meditation in motion.”  Matthews and Horan Sockol stress the classes will be both challenging and fun.
