The lot to the south of Pier Village still sits vacant, awaiting the city's next redevelopment project.
Pier Village Phase 3 has not yet begun construction, but we'll let you know when the work is expected to start later today.
Speaking or construction projects, there's a potentially big one coming to Tinton Falls.
The Tinton Falls Zoning Board will be hearing an application to build a motocross track later this week.
