Long Branch CVS, Beachfront North Condo Plans to Be Presented
The plans for both projects will be presented at the Sept. 17 Long Branch Planning Board meeting.

Two Long Branch redevelopment projects will be presented to the Long Branch Planning Board on Tuesday night.
The applicants are seeking site plan approval for their plans to build a CVS in the Broadway Gateway area of the city and 11 condos in the Beachfront North area of Long Branch.
The Long Branch Council approved redevelopment agreements with both applicants earlier this summer and now the planning board will make the final determination on whether or not each project will move forward.
