Controversial Condo Hearing Set For Tuesday
The plan will be presented to the Long Branch Planning Board for the first time.

TDB Associates' plan to build new condos near Marine Terrace will be presented to the Long Branch Planning Board for the first time on Tuesday night.
The meeting will be held at 7 p.m. at Long Branch City Hall.
Owners of a nearby condominium complex unsuccessfully tried to prevent the board from hearing the plans by suing the city and stating that the city council made a mistake when it entered into a developer's agreement with TDB Associates.
A judge decided that the council did take proper action, and that the plans should be heard by the board.
We'll be at the meeting tonight to let you know what action the board takes, but it is likely that the matter will not be decided until 2014.
