I am proud to describe myself as a Monmouth County-based photographer. I went to college in Philadelphia, but I found that I preferred making pictures when I was home in NJ on breaks. I felt like the images I shot here were better, made me feel something, and just seemed more special.

There are not many places where you can drive fifteen minutes in any given direction and be in a totally different setting. The beach is so close to my home, but so are farms and fields and woods and small cities. Being a creative person makes living in our area even better.

Where in our county do you go to find inspiration? I’m excited to go to the fair this week and bring my camera along!
