The 2012 Long Branch varsity baseball team will be led by new head coach John Perri and assistant coach Jim McConville.

Coach Perri returns again after coaching in the 80's and 90's, leaving with an impressive record and some of the best teams to compete at Long Branch. Coach McConville also is returning to the dugout from his last stint in the late 70's.

Long Branch baseball has had a tough stretch the past few years. But now with a few of the seniors and juniors playing on the highest level travel teams in New Jersey, a breakout year might just surprise everyone.Top that with winning coaches and Long Branch baseball is on the rise.
