“Home” at Fort Monmouth
Three months, and three moves after Hurricane Sandy pushed in the foundation walls of her Union Beach home, Melissa Heugle is letting out a deep exhale.
This week she turned the key on a new, albiet temporary home at Fort Monmouth.
“I can breathe now,” she said. “I feel relieved, safe, taken care of."
